“Steps to a Healthier You” is our contribution to the biannual video magazine *smilefaucet, whose theme this issue is “Flavor.”

In this short motion composition, a condensed visual timeline aims to reflect the way in which flavor ultimately becomes less and less important as individual mobility is reduced during the natural aging process.

We also composed an additional audio track “Happy Happy Glip Glo” for the *smilefaucet vol. 5 “Flavor” issue.
